Cancellation Policy

Xtream holidays take an Initial non-refundable Booking Deposit – of Rs.5000/- per person at the time of confirmation. Full payment has to be paid at least 30 days prior to the departure date. Cancellation Charges.

Notice given for Cancellation:

• After Booking, the cancellation charge shall be 50% of the total holiday cost
• After 30-15 days of booking the cancellation charge shall be 70% of the total holiday cost
• After 15-07 Days of booking the cancellation charge shall be 90% of the total holiday cost
• After 07 Days or less of booking the cancellation charge shall be 100% of the total holiday cost.

CANCELLATIONS

If the Customer requires to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, Xtream Holidays is liable to recover cancellation charges from the Customer as above.

REFUNDS

Refunds (If any) or cancellations will be paid directly to the Customer for booking made directly with the Company by way of NEFT / RTGS / Crossed cheque at the discretion of Xtream Holidays only. It would take a minimum of 15 days to process refunds. Xtream holidays shall not provide any refund for any services that are unutilized (e.g. meals, optional tours, hotels, entrance fees, transport and sightseeing etc.,)

SCOPE OF ACTIVITY

Xtream Holidays are Tours & Travel organizers only. We do not control or operate any airline, nor do we own nor control any shipping company, coach or coach company, Hotel, Transport or any other facility or service mentioned in this brochure/website. Xtream Holidays only takes care in selecting all the ingredients in your holiday, but because we only select and inspect them and have no control in running them, we shall not be responsible for any injury or mechanical fault, death, loss or damage which is caused by the act or default of the employees or the management or of any hoteliers, airlines, shipping company, coach owner/ Transport operator who are the company’s independent contractors arising outside the companies normal selection and inspection process.

ITINERARY CHANGES

For the comfort and convenience of our customers, we shall sometimes slightly amend the itinerary. Xtream Holidays will try to advise you of these changes prior to the start of the tour or on tour. In the event that a tour participant misses any part of the sightseeing tour or any such tour due to delay on his part, he/she shall not be entitled to claim a refund of the same by us.
